Introduction to Primary Asana

This workshop is suitable for all levels of students who have knowledge of one of the Shadow Yoga Prelude forms. During the workshop the concept of asana-vinyasa will be taught.

Emma Balnaves has been teaching yoga for over a decade, her background studies include: Ayurvedic and Siddha systems of medicine of which she holds diplomas in Siddha Medicine and Thanuology (marma shastra). Emma has been traveling and teaching yoga internationally for twelve years.

$360/person
